STEM Replay Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of STEM Replay (“STEM Replay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our platform, quizzes, AI-assisted learning experiences, subscription services, analytics tools, and related functionality.

By creating an account, accessing STEM Replay, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

STEM Replay is a general-audience platform.

Registered accounts are intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

By creating an account or using STEM Replay, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
  • The information you provide is accurate.

STEM Replay does not knowingly allow children under 13 to create registered accounts directly.

Children under 13 may participate in STEM Replay without creating an account through limited-access participation methods, including Play Quiz experiences or other approved participation flows.

 

2. User Types

STEM Replay currently supports the following user types:

Registered Users

Registered users may include:

  • Coaches
  • Educators
  • Parents or guardians
  • Adult learners
  • Players age 13+

Registered users may:

  • Create accounts
  • Purchase subscriptions
  • Access premium features
  • Manage groups or sessions
  • Review analytics and learning data where applicable

 

Student or Guest Participants

Student or guest participants may include:

  • Students
  • Athletes
  • Children participating through family use
  • Classroom participants
  • Temporary quiz players

Student and guest participation is designed as limited-data access.

 

3. Platform Purpose and Use Cases

STEM Replay may be used in multiple ways, including:

Coach or Educator-Led Use

A coach or educator may create or manage sessions, assign usernames, organize groups, and review student performance.

Open Play Quiz Use

Students or guest users may access quizzes through:

  • Play Quiz
  • PIN codes
  • QR codes
  • Session links
  • Temporary guest credentials

Parent or Family Use

A parent or guardian may create or manage a subscription, account, or access credentials and allow their child to participate in learning activities.

 

4. Child Participation and Permissions

Parents, guardians, schools, coaches, educators, and organizations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission, authority, or consent before allowing children to participate in STEM Replay.

STEM Replay does not independently verify educational, organizational, or parental authorization.

 

5. Student and Guest Participation

STEM Replay supports multiple guest participation models.

Coach-Managed Sessions

In coach-managed sessions:

  • Usernames may be assigned by the coach or platform
  • Participants may not be able to modify assigned usernames
  • Coaches may review participation and performance metrics

 

Open Participation Experiences

In open participation modes, including Play Quiz:

  • Participants may choose nicknames, initials, or aliases
  • Participants should not use full legal names or other identifying personal information
  • System-generated usernames may be used where available

Students and guest participants are not required to provide:

  • Email addresses
  • Full legal names
  • Phone numbers
  • Home addresses
  • Photographs
  • Payment information
  • Government-issued identification
  • Other personal identity information

Anyone with valid session credentials may be able to participate in the associated quiz experience.

 

6. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

STEM Replay may offer:

  • Free access
  • Monthly premium subscriptions
  • Annual premium subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through trusted payment providers, including Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.

Unless canceled before the next billing cycle, subscriptions automatically renew.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account settings.

 

7. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not create entitlement to refunds for previous charges.

 

8. Performance Data and Analytics

STEM Replay may collect and process:

  • Quiz scores
  • Attempts
  • Completion times
  • Participation history
  • Learning activity
  • Technical usage analytics

Premium coaches, educators, and authorized account holders may access analytics related to their sessions or managed participants.

Guest participants and free users may not have direct access to analytics dashboards.

 

9. AI Content Disclaimer

STEM Replay uses AI-assisted systems to generate quizzes, educational prompts, and learning experiences.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended outputs.

Users remain responsible for reviewing content before instructional, educational, or professional use.

 

10. Sports Content and Trademark Disclaimer

STEM Replay may reference sports teams, athletes, leagues, competitions, or publicly available sports information for educational purposes.

Any trademarks, team names, athlete names, logos, or league names remain the property of their respective owners, including organizations such as the National Basketball Association or National Football League.

STEM Replay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by such organizations unless explicitly stated.

 

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use STEM Replay unlawfully
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Manipulate platform behavior
  • Scrape or reverse engineer platform content
  • Use unauthorized bots or automation
  • Harass or disrupt other users

 

12. Enforcement

STEM Replay reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Restrict access
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate accounts

where fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or Terms violations occur.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including AI-generated quiz content, prompts, workflows, platform systems, software, educational logic, and design assets, is owned by or licensed to STEM Replay.

Users do not acquire ownership of the underlying platform content.

 

14. Platform Changes

STEM Replay may modify features, pricing, subscription benefits, or platform functionality at any time.

Reasonable notice will be provided where applicable.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEM Replay shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or service interruptions.

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to legal review and will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction determined by STEM Replay’s final legal structure.
